Forum Support

One of the best places you can go is the forum to get support and questions answered by SuperCash members. Click on the Forum tab and start a new post, respond to a post or simply browse through. Chances are another member has had that same question. 

If you have learned something while working in SuperCash, go ahead and post it on the Forum so that other members can find your answer.

Support Desk

Tickets are generally answered within 72 hours. If your ticket requires additional research, it may be up to 5 days before you receive your response. So, before putting in a ticket, you should try the knowledgebase and the troubleshooter for your answer.

The first place to visit is the Knowledgebase where you will be able to answer 90% of your questions.

Submit a Ticket

If you do not find an answer to your question in our knowledgebase or in the troubleshooter ,then please register for an account and submit a ticket in the appropriate category.

When you register an account, you will be able to login and view any open tickets.  Although registration is not required to submit a ticket, it is definitely recommended. It will be easier on you to view responses, find your answers to tickets that may have been missed via email and respond if we have asked you a question (rather than submitting multiple tickets about the same item)

Click the register link.  You will put in your full name, valid email address and choose your own password, then retype your password.  You will then fill in the verification letters/numbers and then click submit.

Check your email. You will be sent an email that requires you to click a verification link. Once you do that, you can come back and login to your account and submit a ticket.
